RICHARD WILSON (One Foot in the Grave, Only When I Laugh, Merlin)

Richard Wilson is a famous British television actor best known for his role as the grumpy Victor Meldrew (above centre) in the sitcom One Foot in the Grave, with Annette Crosbie, Doreen Mantle and Janine Duvitski. He was also given the role of Thorpe in the sitcom Only When I Laugh with James Bolam, Christopher Strauli and Peter Bowles.

He is now appearing in the sci-fi/fantasy drama series Merlin, as Gaius (above right).
